I would like to add to my cart the 2017 EPSO AD Information Webcast, but it is not possible. Is there any problem?

Were you logged into your account when you tried to add the webcast to your Practice Centre? This may solve the problem.
I have checked and everything seems to be working fine, but if you experience any further issues be sure to send our Customer Support Team an email and they will invistigate the situation further.
I have the same problem. There is no "add to cart" there is only "get" and then it appears as "owned" and goes to my orders in my account but it doesn't seem to work. I was logged into my account.
