Hi, I'm afraid you're not very specific in your post. What do you mean by 'not authorised'? You can try using the TestWE chatbot in their website to ask them and see what solution they suggest. Search in this forum 'TestWE', more users have had issues with this software and they posted links to TestWE helpline. I had trouble with the camara I had plugged in; it got solved by deactivating the built-in camara in the laptop and giving access to the new camera. As there's not a telephone helpline you can call, either you get a tech-savvy friend to give you a hand or try clicking here and there in your PC or laptop settings until something works.
