In the AD5 translation test, what if there's a word I simply don't know? I can't use dictionaries of any kind, online or in print.

I've been translating in the private sector for twenty years, but every day I still learn a new word or two. So it's entirely possible this will happen. Is there a protocol, and if so, what is it?
