Specific Competency Based Interview

Dear all,

I have a question regarding the Specific Compentency interview; What kind of questions do the interviewers ask? Are they similar to the General Competency ones? I mean, Do they ask questions expecting very specific professional experience's examples or are they more like open questions on specific competencies?
Do they ask specific question on the CV or they refer always to the Talent Screener answers given in advance?

I have the same question regarding competition AST/135/15. I have an overall idea of what the difference between the two Interviews might be, but any pointers would be welcome.
