I wanted to ask you if I will not be eligible for the exams for not adding my secondary degree. In the application guidelines it stated only post post secondary Ed. But when I read the notice for the position it stated to include also our secondary Ed diploma.

for my understanding you will be admitted to the test phase. They should check diplomas and titles if you potentially are eligible for the reserve list in a latter stage. For the point of the diploma of secondary education I have no experience.

Thank you for your answer. But my problem is that I have not stated it in my application.I listed only my post secondary education. However I want to remain positive that everything will work out

As Dantes said, they only check the supporting documents at a later stage. They will request you to provide any missing documents, not just outright ban you, so I would not worry about it.
