When to upload the CV.pdf in a permanent staff competition?

After reading the Notice of Competition I cannot retrieve information about at what moment should I upload my CV.pdf to my EPSO account.

Is it compulsory to upload the cv.pdf on the EPSO account for a permanent staff open competition before validating an application? 

Or is the CV.pdf upload the last step after being sucessfully selected (reserve list)?

I'm applying for EPSO/AST/155/22 security assistant.

If I recall correctly, uploading your CV in your EPSO account should only become relevant after you have passed a competition. You can find some further information here: https://epso.europa.eu/en/successful-candidates/next-steps
