Hey everyone, not strictly an EPSO competition per se but one conducted by the EP for intercultural and language professionals. Since I found no thread on this competition or on the type of position in general, I thought I'd open one for anyone who would like to exchange info and insights.

I'm kicking this off with a question regarding the EP's talent evaluator, in particular the experience-related sections 3a to 6b: How detailed do they have to be when outlining the particular experience at hand? I fear it might end up looking like a resume and I don't know whether this is expected or not. Any help would be much appreciated.

I applied for this one as well. I'm hoping they select me for the next phase. I have no idea unfortunately. It's a question of keeping one's fingers crossed. Which language did you apply for?

First, please excuse the very delayed response. For some reason I only today received a notification on my email that someone has commented.

Second, I applied for Bulgarian. What about you? I only recently received an invitation to sit a test so yeah, one can only be patient and hope. Did you hear anything from them?

It works well too, no particular problem. The only thing is that when Testwe sends me an email, I receive it multiple times. Yesterday, it sent me the same emails 20 times... Does this happen to you too? I take the test tomorrow PM. What about you?

Good to hear. Yeah, same thing with the multiple identical emails on my end, seems to be an issue with TestWe itself.

Yes, I'm also taking it tomorrow at 14h. I guess it's the same time for everyone. Did you manage to find anything similar to the sample questions to practice? I just did normal verbal reasoning practice cause that came closest.

Sorry I haven't written but I was away for a few days and haven't had the opportunity to do so.

Maybe you know by now, or you don't, but I, at any rate, got a response from EP last Friday that I am unfortunately not able to continue due to insufficient points in the Talent Evaluator. Hope you've received more positive news and I wish you the best of luck going forward.

Same here. Among top scoring test results but Talent evaluator was not so good. Given that we had not attached any evidence other than the statements in the questionnaire, how were points awarded? Best of luck to those of you who made it to the next round :).
