On-screen scratchpad? From where did you get that info? Is it something new?

Has anyone taken the remotely proctored test so far? 

I did. It was quite inconvenient. I was unable to reduce size of the scratchpad - so it either covered the other text on the sceen up or I had to keep closing and opening it all the time. Maybe there is some feature that makes its use more friendly but I did not find it. I made a comment on this in the final survey.
