Hello,
Hello,
I don't know if there are any specific tests, but I know that in the interview you get questions that have to do with real life (job-related) situations,
such as "your boss is late/ there is a lot of traffic/ there is an accident in the street, what do you do?". Also they will probably check your language skills in terms of oral communication, to see if you can communicate effectively with your boss and the rest of the staff (so if your "good" language is English but your boss speaks French, then you have less chances of being selected).
I guess the tests depend on the type of organisation/agency. The above questions came up in an interview for a driver position in an EU Delegation in a country (I have a colleague who applied).
Good luck with your application!
Thank you very much for your
