I am waiting for the Assesment center in Audit, however I do not have any Audit experience. I would like to know if there are any people in the past that made it on the reserve list for AD5 audit without any audit experience ?
I know two people who passed the last AD5 audit competition without any audit related background (but one of them had a bit of programming experience I think - programming meaning the management of EU funds or prgrammes). Both of them relatively quickly found a job at the Commission. One not audit-related at all. The other one linked a bit to programming/financial management.
You could perhaps check the last reserve list and look up if people have LinkedIn profiles and what their background looks like.
