New EPSO competition: Scientific research administrators

Starting 5 November 2024 EPSO will be accepting applications for Scientific research administrators at the AD7 level across 10 specialised fields. This competition aims to build a reserve list of specialists to support various EU institutions. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career as an EU permanent official. Here's how to get started.

Fields of expertise

You can select from one of these ten fields to match your qualifications and experience:

  1. Environmental and climate sciences, engineering, and economics
  2. Energy science and sustainability
  3. ICT and (cyber)security
  4. Data analysis, research, and applications for evidence-based decision-making
  5. Research and applications in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and complex systems
  6. Space applications and geo-information technologies
  7. Health and consumer protection
  8. Transport science and sustainable mobility
  9. Social, economic, and political sciences
  10. Behavioural science, economics, and education

 

Each field will have distinct requirements, so choose the one that best aligns with your background. More details will be available in the Notice of Competition (NoC) to be released by EPSO on 5 November.
