EPSO AST3 Finance | MCQ Practice Questions
All practice questions have been designed following the requirements and duties outlined in the Notice of Competition. The exercises aim to reflect the types, difficulty and structure of questions that you may encounter in the selection process. Their goal is to emulate the exam experience and not necessarily to provide new competencies and knowledge for seasoned experts in the field. If you find that the practice questions are not challenging enough for you, please take it as an indication that you are on the right track. We recommend working your way through the reading list provided for your specialty to gain further insights, or to brush up on your existing knowledge.
While some questions might seem to overlap with themes from other fields, this is intentional and reflects the cross-functional tasks that AST3-level professionals are expected to perform. As outlined in Annex II of the notice of competition, there are indeed overlapping duties across different specialties within the European Institutions. Candidates should not be alarmed by the thematic overlaps, as these reflect the real-world intersection of responsibilities in European Institution roles. Moreover, each set of profile-specific questions are unique to each specialty, ensuring a comprehensive and targeted preparation experience.
