- A confirmation email will be sent to you once the minimum number of participants required have registered. Also, please check your spam folder for the confirmation letter, as some email providers often mark our automated messages as spam. Lastly, all necessary training session details will be provided in the confirmation email and subsequent reminder emails.
- If a Classroom Training is cancelled due to an insufficient number of registered participants, we will get in touch with you to find a solution that best fits you.
- If you have not received ANY emails, not even a payment confirmation:
- Check your spam folder
- Check your account information to make sure the email you provided is corrected
- Make sure you are NOT logged in through Facebook
- Contact Customer Support directly if you have checked all of the above and are still not receiving emails.
