Apply to vacancies published on epso accounts

Hello!

Does anybody know how can somebody, who is placed on a reserve list, apply for a job published on epso accounts?

Does he/she have to send an e-mail to the institution? Will there be an "apply" button after the publication of the reserve lists?

I second your question since there's not much info about what happens after we are accepted in the r list. Maybe there is an "apply" button only for vacancies in the institution related to the competition??
