I would like to know whether you have more concrete information about the questions EPSO is asking in the motivation interview.
Has anyone already gone to the AC within the 2018 AD5 competition?
people seem to be very secretive about their "real" experience in the Motivational Interview as I received just one (!) feedback from a candidate I trained. This feedback seems to confirm what I have written in the 2019 version of the Ultimate EU Test Book - Assessment Centre and how to prepare for this interview.
If anybody - after having gone through the AC - has any arguments (example questions) against my advice, please let me know. We (eutraining and myself) are constantly working on improving the quality of our services and books so don't keep this for yourself.
