Leadership

Leadership is one of the competencies (usually listed as +1 or the 8th competency) that is assessed by EPSO and is only required for Administrator (AD) roles, not for Assistants. Leadership does not necessarily mean a managerial skill but rather the ability to deliver results, gather a team behind a specific goal and keep plans on track. Leading refers to influencing, motivating, and enabling others to contribute toward collective organisational success. Influence and inspiration distinguish leaders from managers.
