This competency is one of the 7 that EPSO is evaluating in candidates via the Assessment Centre exercises and exams. To achieve a good score in this competency, candidates must demonstrate they are able and willing to learn new topics, issues and subjects, and provide examples from their career or personal experience of situations where they faced a challenge by an unknown topic and they decided to learn about that issue and succeeded.
