Indicator

Indicators are observable behaviors which help identify specific aspects of a competency. They are usually simple 'positive' and 'negative' poles used with anchors to measure and score a candidate during different types of exams or interviews in the EPSO Assessment Centre. One indicator can be associated with multiple anchors, because many competencies are interrelated or overlap each other.
