This test is part of the Assistant (usually AST1, secretary) exam in which candidates are asked questions on their knowledge of Microsoft Office software. This generally includes Excel, Word, PowerPoint, along with other computer skills such as online awareness, internet security basics, keyboard shortcuts, e-mail rules and Outlook literacy, and similar items.
