Monthly EPSO Exams Forward Planning for July - Upcoming and Ongoing EPSO competitions

Things tend to start slowing down in July as everyone ties up loose ends and prepares for summer holidays before EPSO, and pretty much all of Europe, goes on a month-long break in August. In other words, cucumber season is upon us. However, besides heading to the beach and enjoying some time off for summer holidays, many EPSO candidates will be submitting applications and starting to prepare for upcoming EPSO exams. 

Let's take a look at what's happening with EPSO competitions and the best ways to get ready for the various EPSO selection process phases.

The Assessment Centre phase is pretty much wrapped up, and now comes the Waiting Game. When will the reserve list be published? We're guessing some time after EPSO is back from summer break.

EXPERTS & ADMINISTRATORS IN THE FIELDS OF SPACE AND DEFENCE INDUSTRY (EPSO/AD/400/22)

June was a busy month for these candidates with both the EPSO Computer-Based Tests and the Written Test happening. But all of that is behind them now, and there's a bit of a break before the Assessment Centre goes back into full interview mode with the EPSO FRI, SCBI and OP starting in September. Keep your focus sharp and participate in a training session - see below.

ADMINISTRATORS IN THE FIELD OF ENERGY, CLIMATE AND ENVIRONMENT (AD6)

EPSO/AD/401/22 - After the EPSO CBT took place in November it's been a long wait for these candidates, but... eligibility results are finally out! 

  1. Administrators in the field of energy - 1 478
  2. Administrators in the field of climate - 639
  3. Administrators in the field of environment - 1 414

Important dates >>> 

EPSO made an announcement on the website on 3 July 2023, that due to the large amount of candidates, the Talent Screener check will take longer than expected and therefore, the next phase of the competition, the AC, will most likely only begin in January of 2024.

According to the Notice of Competition the Assessment Centre will be comprised of the these tests:

  • Field-Related Interview
  • Case Study Exam
  • Situational Competency-Based Interview
