The Assessment Centre is the opportunity you've been waiting for, where you can really shine and highlight your personal competencies and capabilities.
However, many candidates tend to perform below their potential due to nerves and the unfamiliar environment where words, actions and body language matter more than what you would initially assume.
That's why we've developed these hands-on, practice-focused, EPSO Assessment Center Simulation sessions specifically for ESPO Graduate Administrator AD5 candidates, so you can:
- get a realistic feel for what the exercises will be like on the actual day, and
- correct any mistakes or work on your technique before the real thing.
What's included?
During this intensive full-day Assessment Centre Simulation session you will:
- discuss the specifics of the Motivational Interview
- participate in a Competency Based Interview simulation
- complete an Oral Presentation simulation and
- take part in a Group Exercise simulation.
To ensure you receive personalised feedback and focused attention on the day, each session only allows for a maximum of 8 participants.
