The objective of EU Training’s practice questions is to facilitate your preparation for the EUIPO field-related questions of the Administrators in the field of intellectual property competition. The questions cover a a variety of topics and also follow the information found in EPSO's Notice of Competition.

The MCQs cover the following topics:

• General IP policy issues (types and features of IP rights, EU institutional framework, EU legislative framework,  international law context, international agreements, international IP organisations, interplay between national IP authorities - EU institutions - international organisations, judicial review by national or EU courts)
• EU Trade Mark Regulation + Key aspects of EUIPO Guidelines (mostly substantive law, procedure before the EUIPO, some questions on review by Board of Appeal and General Court)
• EU Design Regulation (mostly substantive law, procedure before the EUIPO, some questions on review by Board of Appeal and General Court)
• Copyright legislation and policy in the EU (including EUIPO's role) 
• Key ECJ judgments in the field of IP
• Unitary Patent System (2 Regulations), Unified Patent Court Agreement
