Official EPSO news
EPSO has announced that the testing session initially planned for 25 February 2026 has been postponed by a few days, due to “an important update of the testing platform”. EPSO added that it will update the planning as soon as the new date is confirmed.
Unofficial EPSO news
This part is not an official EPSO statement, but it matches what we’re hearing on the ground: the postponement appears linked to a significant IT/platform update, rather than anything candidates did or failed to do.
We’ve also heard (again: not confirmed by EPSO) that for CAST exams, the TestWe platform may continue to be used until summer 2026, while EPSO rolls out and stabilises platform changes. Treat this as informed chatter, not gospel.
What about Data and AD5?
Yes, what about those other EPSO competitions? As of now, there is no official news on upcoming testing dates for the Data Management (LUX) competition, nor for AD5.
Separately, we’ve heard (unofficially) that AD5 testing could happen as early as May 2026, so we guess that means the Data LUX exam will happen sooner than that. But until EPSO confirms dates, assume it’s provisional. Since EPSO doesn’t always give much notice, and test dates can appear with little warning, aim to be exam-ready, not date-dependent.
