I think EPSO and DG move should not accept so wide range of different academic backgrounds. no sense that urban planners can be applicants
This is just wide open for everyone from lawyers to architects to engineers to economics makes no sense.

There are always people who will not pass the talent screener, will fail the MQC, will not be able to attent a part of the exams, have a bad day duting the interview (doesn't exist anymore) so the number shrinks.
