The use of this Website by any individual or entity is subject to full compliance with these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. Users shall read both these documents carefully before start using the Website or subscribe to any of our services. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please exit the Website. The Website reserves the right to deny access to any person who violates this Terms of Use.

Terms of Using the Website
The Content can be accessed and used solely for the purposes of the relevant customer’s own, non-commercial use of this Website. Access to the Website shall not be shared with any third party. Sharing accounts on the Website constitutes a breach of these Terms of Use.
Unless explicitly indicated otherwise, the Content can be used only online. However, the Website contains certain materials (such as e-books or study materials) that are explicitly offered for downloading or printing. Users are allowed to download and/or print such portion of the Content solely for their own, non-commercial use, provided that they do not remove any trademark, copyright or other notice from such Content.

Only discount codes sent via the official customer support email address (support@support.eutraining.eu), published, sent or distributed by Online EU Training; or sent and distributed by our authorised partners can be used for purchases on the website. Only one discount code can be used per purchase. Discount codes shall be used upon purchase and are not permitted retroactively. Any unauthorised use is strictly forbidden.
Membership and Registration
Registration to the Website is free of charge. However, unless expressly indicated otherwise, our services are only available to users who pay for the relevant subscription.
By registering at the Website, users accept responsibility for all activities that occur under their respective account or password, and agree not to sell, transfer or assign their Membership or any Membership rights. Arboreus reserves the right to terminate a user’s Membership if more than one individuals access the Website using any single user name or password. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and for restricting access to their computer so others may not access the Website using their name in whole or in part without Arboreus’ permission. Users who believe that someone has accessed the Website using their user name and password, shall contact us immediately.
By accepting these Terms of Use, users agree to pay all subscription fees and any other charges incurred in connection with their user name and password at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. Users are responsible for all fees and charges incurred to access the Website through an Internet access provider or other third party service. Users may any time notify us by e-mail of their decision to terminate their account.
Information and Content Provided by the Users
By providing information to, communicating with, and/or placing material on the Website, including for example communication during registration, communication on any of the Website bulletin board, message or chat area, posting any resume or other content, users shall represent and warrant: (1) they own or otherwise have all necessary rights to the content they provide and the rights to use it as provided in these Terms of Use; (2) all information they provide is true, accurate, current and complete, and does not violate these Terms of Use; and, (3) the content will not cause harm or injury to Arboreus or any other person or entity. Using a name other than your own legal name is prohibited (except in those specific areas of the Website that specifically ask for unique, fictitious names, e.g., login name).
Please note that Arboreus does not accept unsolicited materials or ideas for use or publication. Should you send any unsolicited materials or ideas, you do so with the understanding that no additional consideration of any sort will be provided to you, and you are waiving any claim against Arboreus and its affiliates regarding the use of such materials and ideas.
Transactions, payment and e-commerce on the Website
Users of the Website may elect to engage in a transaction involving the purchase of one or more tests, downloadable study materials, e-learning courses, job ads, web-conferences, webinars and/or other services.
Credit card transactions at the Website are handled by third party payment service providers, such as Realex Payments and PayPal. These payment service providers’ use their very best efforts to make payment transactions as secure as possible. Arboreus also uses its best efforts to clear any potential issues raised by its customers concerning payments. Nevertheless, Arboreus cannot be held liable for the safety and other related issues of credit card processing or other payment methods. As discussed in its Privacy Policy, Arboreus or the Website do not store or have access to confidential credit card data of its users.
Refund Policy
Full refund of the purchase price can be made within 3 calendar days after purchase but only before the user began to use any of the Content it purchased. Once the user started to use the items it purchased, only a pro-rata refund is possible and only in case of a non-resolvable technical problem. Non-resolvable technical problem shall mean a situation where technical errors make access to the Content purchased impossible for more than 72 hours. Maintenance of the Website and other events announced on the Website at least 4 hours prior to the commencement of the planned event shall not qualify as non-resolvable technical problems. Refund will be made as soon as possible and in all cases payment shall be initiated within 4 weeks after the claim for refund was approved by Arboreus.
Classroom Training Sessions
- Only full payment of the participation fee will secure a place at the training session
- A training session is only confirmed when a Confirmation Email is sent (once minimum numbers have been reached).
- Training sessions will be cancelled and full participation fees refunded if the number of registered attendees does not reach the minimum required
- EU Training reserves the right to cancel an in-person event (participants physically attend) 5 business days before the event date, and will fully refund the participation fee
- EU Training reserves the right to cancel a virtual event (participants join through an online platform) 2 business days before the event date, and will fully refund the participation fee
Cancellation Policy (If you choose to withdraw from a classroom training session booking):
- Cancellation up to 8 working days before the classroom training session's date: 100% refund
- Cancellation 7-6 working days before the classroom training session's date: 50% refund
- Cancellations from 5 or less working days before the classroom training session's date: NO REFUND
Interactive Areas
Arboreus does not interfere with the free communication and interaction among the users using the interactive features of the Website. Forum notes, blog comments, or other messages or posts are removed by Arboreus only in exceptional cases, such as spam, copyright infringement, extreme profanity, advertising of a competing service, website or product, or information and comments that are irrelevant or do not fit the style, topic and context of the Website.
Communications with Third Parties through the Website
Users’ dealings or communications through the Website with any party other than Arboreus are solely between the user and that third party. Arboreus shall not be responsible for any aspect of such communications or dealings.
Content on the Website may be linked to content (such as information, advertisements, etc.) that is actually created or hosted by a third party. Arboreus shall not be responsible for such third party content. It is the users’ responsibility to check the applicable terms of service and privacy policies of such third party websites or content when accessing them.

While Arboreus uses reasonable efforts to publish accurate and up-to-date information on the Website, it makes no warranties or representations as to the accuracy of the Content and shall assume no liability or responsibility for any error or omission in the Content. EPSO's test design methodology, however, is confidential and Arboreus cannot guarantee that good performance in Online EU Training tests will result in good performance in EPSO tests. While Arboreus cannot guarantee success at any EPSO exam by purchasing products on Online EU Training, we do provide Europe's most comprehensive exam preparation tools.
Indemnity
USERS SHALL HEREBY AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS ARBOREUS, ITS QUOTAHOLDERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS, LICENSORS, REPRESENTATIVES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS AND CUSTOMERS, FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, CLAIMS FOR DEFAMATION, PRIVACY AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT) AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES AND COURT COSTS) ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO ANY ALLEGATION REGARDING: (1) THEIR USE OF THE WEBSITE; (2) USE OF ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION THEY PROVIDE THROUGH THE WEBSITE; (3) INFORMATION OR MATERIAL POSTED OR TRANSMITTED THROUGH THEIR MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT, EVEN IF NOT POSTED BY THEM; AND, (4) ANY VIOLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT BY THEM.
Fair Use Policy

Arboreus’ Right to Terminate

In case of such termination for cause, the termination shall take immediate effect. In addition, Arboreus shall be authorised to terminate without cause any agreement concluded in connection with the use of the Website.
Changes to these Terms of Use
Arboreus reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time at its own discretion and to notify users of any such changes solely by changing this Terms of Use. The continued use of the Website after the posting of any amended Terms of Use shall constitute the user’s agreement to be bound by any such changes. The use of this Website prior to the time this Terms of Use was posted will be governed according to the Terms of Use that applied at the time of your use.

Arboreus may modify, suspend, discontinue or restrict the use of any portion of the Website, including the availability of any portion of the Content at any time, without notice or liability. Arboreus may deny access to any person or user at any time if in Arboreus’ view such person failed to comply with the terms herein.
In addition, Arboreus may at any time and without notice transfer any rights and obligations under these Terms of Service and Arboreus’ agreement with its users to any third party.
Jurisdiction
Any cause of action against Arboreus shall be filed with the competent court within 3 months of the time in which the events giving rise to such claim began. No such claim may be brought as a class action or similar legal instrument. The ordinary courts of the Republic of Hungary shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service, the use of the Website and/or any user’s agreement with Arboreus.
Any failure of Arboreus to enforce or exercise any provision of these Terms of Service and/or the users’ agreement with Arboreus and/or any related rights shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
In the event of termination of a user’s agreement with Arboreus, the following provisions shall survive: the provisions regarding limitations on the user’s use of Content, the limitations of Arboreus’ liability and the user’s indemnification obligations.
